While at first I was taken aback with their the nonconventional interview process, I quickly realized that their process is extremely transparent and communicative. Although I wasn't happy with the ultimately result I appreciated how open and honest the HR person was every step of the way, this definitely mirrors the attitudes and culture at the company. The only constructive note I have is helping to ensure that all technology works during Skype interviews.
