Smile and look pretty. They do the talking. If you're a yes person this is the place for you. The interview process is quite simple and they're always hiring so don't sweat it. If you have a lot of experience I would suggest applying somewhere else as this place is meant for beginners.

Interviewed by 3 people, the general manager and two others. Very nice management. They have a pretty strict dress code and quite a long training process, but they pay above average for the area.

I was truly pleased with my interview with the front of house manager. They offered an on site interview when I arrived within appropriate* business hours. Although I did not accept the position, as they only hire bar assistants to move up to bartender, the front of house manager focused more on what it was I Could do rather than what I couldn't do. Very pleasant and respectable experience, thank you!
