Even though the interviewer had emphasized that the interview would be a "two-sided" exchange and is focused on "just getting to know each other as a first step", the interview was a one-sided, high-pressure, technical exam with little flexibility or questions from my side. Despite their branding of being different, it was marginally worse than the other interviews I have had. Furthermore, the interviewer explained that I would have a chance for a trial day, yet she rejected the application within hours.
