I was contacted by their HR. There was total 4 round including final hr discussions. It was complete waste of time and energy. After successfully completing 3 round of interview, I got call from hr for document submission. After that never heard back. They don't have basic decency to reply.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1 Round: 2 problem related to array and dynamic problem
2 Round: Discussions about projects undertaken and other exposure
3 Round: System design questions related to online ticket booking system
They are straight to the point and they want to know about you and how you can benefit the company. They are open to answering questions about the company. Typical interview questions that you would have elsewhere.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DocsApp (Bengaluru) in Feb 2021
Interview
I had a screening round and another round with a PM. The position was for Medibuddy which got acquired by Docsapp recently. The interviewer was definitely not good at interviewing, he had some preconceived answers in his mind and only looking for those. He asked a simple product design question - How would you improve no of bookings in uber. Typically this question should test the candidates ability to understand the metrics impacted, the customers, their painpoints and finally how to build a feature to improve that metric. All he wanted to hear was which metric to look at. And he has something specific in mind and was definitely not willing to have a discussion around the problem at hand. If that is the quality of PMs in the company, I am scared about the future of the company. At the end of the interview i could see in his face he was uninterested. It was an unpleasant experience overall.
