The interview process at Doctolib was well structured, transparent, and thoughtfully managed from start to finish. It began with an online technical test with clearly communicated expectations for proproblem-solving, code quality, and reasoning.
This was followed by a recruiter call that clearly explained the role and next steps, with excellent communication throughout. The technical interview was a one-hour live pairing session based on a realistic full-stack exercise using React and Node.js. It was practical and collaborative, with a strong focus on explaining thought processes, discussing trade-offs, and writing clean, maintainable code. The interviewers were highly experienced.
The final behavioural interview was clearly explained in advance, including the values assessed and guidance on using the STAR method. Overall, the process was well-paced, respectful of time, and focused on learning and mutual fit. I was happy to receive an offer at the end.
