Interview

Standard telephone interview with HR. Next had to do a skills level test online. Then an in person interview with HR manager, then VP Finance and the CFO, which took a few hours. The whole hiring process took well over a month due to vacation schedules.

Question 1

HR had the usual situational questions. The VP Finance asked about my past experience, we discussed the new changes in the company. The CFO happened to be in so they asked me to meet with them, we discussed my past and what I would do in the position and what they were looking for.

Process was LONG and exhausting (redundant)- answering the same questions with different people. Too many interview requests. Management seems disorganized with repeated cancellations and rescheduling of interviews. The offices are old. Location is good. Did not like the interviewer's methods.

Was contacted by a recruiter, went to one of company's sites for 1st interview. Did not like the interviewers method. Company seems old (check Google pictures on Map). Salary recommended was good enough to consider.
