Interview
Overall very relaxed, but enthusiastic about giving opportunities to get experience in the service industry. I learned a lot about how the store was run, and how to climb the ranks so to speak if I was interested in that. Frankly, one of the best interviews I've had.

Example of problem solving when dealing with other employees.
Easy, would Crack it easily, they dont ask much, basically the easiest thing you would find out out there if there's any openings best for anyone looking for part time employment.
Basically all they talked about was my availability and how reliably I could get to work. Was quite casual as we just went into the back of the kitchen. Manager didn’t reply to many messages prior to the interview though.

On a weekend evening, two team members called in sick, leaving us short-staffed.
