The woman who interviewed me was very unprofessional over the phone. I will admit I have a mild invisible disability but it would not hinder me to walk dogs for crying out loud. She asked me about my previous work experience, and I briefly froze when I was thinking back about one of the many jobs I've had/had certificates for... unarmed security officer. When you have invisible disabilities (and there are different kinds, like L.D., memory loss, depression etc.) you may have "brain fog" during (one part) of the interview process. She was highly unprofessional and laughed at random. Later on she emailed me to tell me that she'll "let me know when something is available." Um... You have tens of job openings on Craigslist near me so that made no sense. The next day after that email, she said that she had no openings at the moment but she'd "let me know." Sure. I have a disability, but that doesn't mean I'm a total buffoon. There is a difference. Anyone can walk a dog. I can't help but hope one day, one of her children (she sounded middle aged so I'm assuming she does) has a brain fart during part of the interview process, and is immediately laughed at inappropriately and rejected. I'm sorry but I can't help but feel that way. Also, I'd like to add I don't recall the exact month, but I believe it was around 2015? so that's what I put on here.
