they called me in to get a reference for an interview, then I got an email regarding the hiring process, you take a test which is easy by the way, the asked me to send the paper work and the filled it out for me.
Interview process started with the recruiter phone screen. It was then followed up by 2 peer interviewers. Next came a case study. Final 2 peer interviews with senior leadership of the department.
