I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DoorDash (Sydney) in Jun 2022
Interview
2 person interview, both interviewing you individually. Different questions putting you in situations with customers. Looking for hunger and drive. Not much interest from the interviewer to continue if they don't like you, make it feel like a waste of time.

I applied online. I interviewed at DoorDash in Mar 2026

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DoorDash (Houston, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
I interviewed through a third-party recruiter who was unprepared and unprofessional. She couldn’t answer basic questions about the role, responsibilities, or quota, curtly responding that “the hiring manager will know.” When I asked about next steps, she dismissively said, “Well, it’s Friday, I can’t have an answer today.”
The recruiter’s lack of knowledge and poor attitude made for a disappointing experience. I expected basic professionalism and information about the position. DoorDash should ensure their recruiting partners are better prepared to represent the company.
Bait and switch on remote work. They advertised the role as remote, then said it would be hybrid sometime “in the future.” Wouldn’t give a timeline, could have been one year from hire or one month.

They asked if I was willing to come into the office “in the future.“
