I didn't make it past the phone screen but everything about this just left a bad taste in my mouth. My interviewer called 5 minutes late and abruptly ended the call 10 minutes early in a 30 minute phone screen, This made me think I said the wrong thing/ wasn't moving on but then immediately received an email that said next I would be meeting with the hiring manager and here's a ton of information on compensation, impact at DoorDash, etc. Two days later I was rejected (confused, but not surprised) and in their email they state it is "against policy" to provide feedback which is a huge red flag to me. I understand the heavy lift it would take to provide feedback and why companies don't do it, but for it to be against policy when your Glassdoor reviews are atrocious (both on company and interview experiences) gives me the wrong impression all around.
