Really odd in-person interview where I was expected to lead the discussion. Went in with lots of questions and strategic ideas based on what I had been told were core issues or concerns, only to meet a completely shut-down senior management team denying that any of these things were a problem. Then, they later decided to reject my application because I hadn't come up with any strategic discussion. Very odd, very corporate, and very unnecessary to ask me to trek all the way to London for such a weird experience. A NFP owns them, so I think they just aren't very strategic, forward-thinking, or innovative for such a small company.
