I responded to craigslist ad, was interviewed once, and hired the next day after drug test. Very easy process. I felt a lot of my experience was overlooked and that the hiring manager based a lot on my looks. However, in the end I was hired and wound up working there for over a year.

Interview
I Had an interview with the director of Human Resources & the operations manager. After the initial interview, I met with the General manager for another interview. Then I met with the Human Resources coordinator to fill out paperwork for a background check. After the background check was completed and they contacted my 3 references I was hired.

Interview
It is a three step process. You first interview with Human Resources and then the manager of the department you are applying for. If they both approve you for employment, you move on to a final interview with the General Manager.

Very smooth. Typical interview questions. Very nice and friendly staff. Got there about 15 minutes early and waited in lobby until my scheduled interview time. The overall experience was very positive. Interviewer was very informative and personable. Overall, the experience was excellent.
