Interview process was a lot like most. General background, experience, skills, and fit. Wasn't asked a lot of questions. Pretty much the same as most interviews. I enjoyed the interview.

Interview
Three step process. Really got to know one another. Not easy, but not not overly difficult. The interview was funny. Conversational. I left the interview feeling good, and I got to see the facility, which was impressive.

Interview
Interviewed with Senior Microbiologist and Lab Manager. Interviewed with each individual. The internet had standard interview questions. Went on a tour of the labs and met the employees that worked in the labs.
