There are some hoops to jump through to get an interview. They have an aptitude test to apply, and if you make it through that cut then you might get an interview. It was two 1-hour interviews. Conducted by a group of operators, so it was pretty laid back. They asked questions and wanted the answer in the S.T.A.R. format. They seemed to favour people with farming experience.
