    Decent pay and good hours.

    Cons

    Will lock you in if the unit that you are working in is for sale. Once they have a buyer you're stuck and will be sold to the new company period. You are no longer Dow.

    The hiring practices are unfair where you have people getting jobs mostly based on personal relationships and seniority, regardless of merit or skillset in a department.
