Apply online, phone screen interview, wait for call back to interview in person. The interview in person was at the plant in front of the operations team. The people were very friendly and welcoming.

Attended Dow Hiring Expo- internal career fair for their graduating seniors that have either completed one term (summer internship) or 3 alternating term co-ops. This is a great opportunity to meet with different hiring managers from different regions in the USA- learn about the site, roles, and opportunities available at each location.

STAR Method questions about leadership, teamwork, technical challenges
Entretiens avec la hiérarchie et avec les collègues, quelques questions techniques. Plusieurs questions sur la façon d'être. Les questions RH étaient très classiques et corporate. Des questions également sur les activités de l'entreprise et du site. Échange plutôt constructif qui va dans les deux sens.
