Interview with 4-6 people. Couple months later get the offer. Interviewers are people you will work with so you get a good summary of what to expect. Great place to be an operator. Union is good as well. Pay isnt as high as everywhere else but the environment is worth it.

Interview
Two interviews, one over the phone and one in person. The first interview were basic questions, the second interview was in person with 5 people. The questions ranged from basic to technical with personality questions mixed into the technical questions.

Long, multiple phone interviews through a third party recruiting company before reaching an in person interview at the site. Relatively quick response after the interview if a job offer is to be extended
