Dowin Enterprises interview questions

The HR person called me for a phone interview, and later called again to switch to a in person interview. The owner and the HR person interviewed me in their office, right next to their manufacturing plant. The interview went smooth. It lasted for more than 40 minutes. And one month later they finally notified I did not get the job.
