Downtown Evanston interview questions

Average interview; at points misleading/uninformative about job role, scope. Was turned off by interviewer taking phone calls during our meeting and doing other menial tasks - it almost seemed like an act. Meet with company interns, was a nice touch. After initial interview, my references were called and I was offered the job the same week. Questions asked during the interview were basic and mainly about relationship building and networking. Interviewer seemed frazzled for most of our meeting.
