I spoke with the hiring manager and one team member from the marketing department. They started by asking about my previous experience with content creation and campaign planning. I walked them through a recent project I led that involved launching a social media campaign for a product launch. They seemed genuinely interested and asked follow-up questions about how I measured success and handled unexpected changes.
