I went to a career fair at my university and dropped my resume off with one of their recruiters. The recruiter literally told me there were no qualifications for the position, dropbox is just looking for a type of person to fit into their company culture. She told me to do my research on glass door. (but my friend who talked to the recruiter the semester before told me that they had an unofficial 3.5 GPA requirement. Apparently they automatically won't look at you if you don't have that.) They sent a generic email to me asking me to sign up for a 30 minute interview slot for the following Monday. (My resume didn't have my GPA on it--so I think that is why I got an interview). It is very casual interview! The recruiters are very personable and easy to talk too. They asked me a lot of questions about me, what cool project I've worked on, what new skill I've learned, and more. They told me the next step would be a questionnaire if they decided to continue with you. However within a day they sent me an email saying that we weren't a fit. The people were really nice though and it is a good interview experience because it teaches you how to just be yourself, honest, and clear in your explanations during an interview.
