Dudley Ventures interview questions

I made it through 4 rounds of interviews. Including a phone screening, 2 video screenings, and an in-person screening. After the in-person screening, I was told in person that I am the right fit for the job and they would follow up with some form of case study. After this, every single person I connected with in that office ghosted me. Super unprofessional as I took PTO to interview in person. Their corporate recruiter, from Valley Bank, eventually sent me a BS email 2 MONTHS after the in-person interview. I don’t understand why some companies do this. It’s literally inhumane. I would strongly suggest avoiding this company. I sensed some internal tension and every single Dudley Ventures employee had very negative things to say about their brother company Valley Bank. Super toxic, stay away.
