Duke Academy interview questions

there are three rounds of interviews, one phone interview, one zoom interview and one in-person interview. The zoom interview and in-person interview will be with the director at the school office. They want someone to know what they are doing in their role very well. And how they can possibly benefit the school. After they realised I can speak mandarin, the whole process became a Chinese-speaking interview.
