Interview process involved four rounds, but communication throughout the process was disorganized and ultimately ended in ghosting after the final interview. I clearly communicated scheduling constraints due to business commitments, but this information was apparently not communicated internally, leading to confusion during discussions with the CEO that I had to personally correct during the interview.
There were also multiple instances of delayed or missing communication. One email regarding scheduling for a later-round interview went unanswered, and follow-up outreach to the company’s marketing coordinator also received no response, which appears consistent with concerns raised in previous reviews.
During interviews with the asset management team, there was repeated emphasis on needing “tough skin,” which gave the impression of a potentially harsh or overly aggressive work environment. Combined with recent employee turnover and relatively short tenures among team members, it raised concerns about team culture and retention.
For such a small team, the process felt unnecessarily long and included a lengthy questionnaire despite the lack of communication throughout. Overall, the experience raised concerns about professionalism, organization, and candidate treatment.
