Apply through email, pass two skype interviews. In first interview, we discussed my background, and the available projects in the group. In the second one I pick one of the projects and discuss the possible research questions

it was a zoom call and an nice conversation . it took around 20 mins, told about my educational background and then my experience and my expecation from the job

Interview
The interview consisted of a single round with the PI of the Lab. I also also given a tour of the lab and of adjacent labs. The department then sent out an offer letter.
Great, very great interview. The interviewer made sure to tailor the questions to my interests and area of expertise. The interview was just with one person and then I was given the opportunity to meet the rest of the team.
