I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Strongsville, OH) in Jun 2016
Interview
Fill out application, get call to come in for interview. Interview is pretty relaxed, don't over dress or hiring manager will assume you think you're better than them. Questions are fairly standard
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Is doing homework at work "stealing"? Is it o.k. to be on your phone at work?
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
