Quick interview. They needed people. Applied online, then called in to check up on my job status. Then after, I had about two interviews. One with the manager and the next with the franchise owner. The interview took place in one of the seats of the restaurant face to face. He asked me multiple personality related questions and past history questions. As well as availability.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
