I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Brooklyn, NY) in Jan 2014
Interview
It didn't take long it is basically on your schedule. The more days and hours you have to work the better. The more availability the better chances you will get this job.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
