Laid back but also personal. The managers/owner want to get to know your personality and ability to hold a conversation. Mine was a group interview with each stand manager, the regional manager, and the branch owner.
Really easy! Started as a phone screening, then zoom, then one more over the phone. This was during covid so things may have changed.
Most questions asked were about how you interact with people.

Interview
The interview was very casual, taking place in the storage area on some stools. The interviewer was cordial and personable, reassuring me when I was clearly nervous. It lasted about 5 minutes if not less and felt more like a survey than an interview.
group interview, easy and quick with typically job interview questions. very casual and fun vibe with 2 or 3 people in management. wants to see personality and how you vibe with others
