Turned in my application at headquarters and about a week later I got a text for a "Hiring Party" was unable to make it that day but the text says to "respond your name if you will be ther, don't respond if you can not make it, and respond No if ypu are no longer interested in applying" so I didn't respond. Two weeks later I got the same text for a hiring party and was able to attend. So I replied my name. First interview was a group of at least 10 to 15 applicants and all the individual location managers for Boise, ID. We were handed numbers as we came in. It was a two part interview. Part one was them calling us upstairs 5 at a time according to our number, there they asked us two simple questions. The second part of the interview was just hanging out and playing games with some of the managers. Be sure to converse as much as possible and join in games even if your bad at them. Sitting quietly won't get you noticed. After the questions part was done, you were free to hang out as long as you wanted and leave when you wanted. A day later I got a text back that started with "CONGRATULATIONS!!!" It was stating we had made it to the second interview and gave the date to come in for the second interview. There I got to see about 7 of the applicants from the first interview and chatted with them till the managers came. It was just the regional manager and the franchise owner, the trainer was supposed to be there too but he was sick. The second interview wasnt really an interview, but instead we had to fill out a form for a background check then they gave us a large packet for "Dutch Mafia Manifesto" and a Quiz. They explained we had a week to study this and exactly a week later we had to come in to take a test. We have to get 100% on the test to pass because on the job we need to be 100% sure of what we are doing. We have to take both the packet and quiz back with us to take the test. If we dont have these two items when we come in, then we can't take the test.
