If you could get to know someone by asking one question what would it be and why?
Many stages, spontaneous questions that I didnāt expect. First a virtual interview then a group interview. Then a test of memorizing recipes of drinks and whatnot. Tedious. Intimidating but they care a lot about having some creativeness and aligning with their values
The interview process is constantly being remodeled to adapt to the generations of new broista hires that fit with the growth of the company. I had a phone call interview and an in person āpanelā style interview.

What kind of vegetable would you be if you could choose one?
Very friendly and fun. It was different than most interviews. They try to see how well you can hold a conversation and if you are friendly. Overall an easier interview than most.
