They actually not advertise for the post. They proposed a third party to find someone for their club. One or two years ago my CV were submitted a bdjobs site luckily the third party call me one day and ask me that I am interested to switch the employer or not. Then I say if suitable then.after that they fix an interview with that club. Their first question was why I want to switch? I said to grow my professional career. Then they ask me what is the quality should have to be a procurement officer? I said honesty, integrity and dedication. Then they ask me, if you describe yourself in one word what will you say? I said them honest, because I am very honest.
