Very fluid interview process, good communication, friendly people-- Applied online, went in for a first interview, about a week after that they called me back for a second. Another week after that they had chosen a candidate. Mixture of 1:1, 1:2, and video conferencing. It was a very laid back experience and I would definitely apply here again.

Process with HR was great, initial phone screening and secondary interviews were positive and extremely professional. Face to face interview was highly confrontational and adversarial from one member of the interview panel, and apologetic from the other one. The interviewers were in total disagreement about what the roles focus was, and generally unorganised.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dyn (Boston, MA) in May 2016
Quick email follow up on my resume from recruiter, followed by a phone interview. Then another interview with a manager a few days later. As many many others have said - no further follow up. As a caveat - this company has job listings that state they are in Andover Massachusetts - THERE IS NO OFFICE IN ANDOVER MASSACHUSETTS. The recruiter tells you that they "just put that in there" to recruit people from the area. Really? If you lie about where you have offices...what else will you lie about? Wow - what a joke.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dyn (Manchester, NH) in Apr 2016
I had applied through an employee referral. Within a couple of days they had called and did a very brief phone interview (not much more than 5 minutes). He told me I would be e-mailed with details about the actual in person interview. By the end of the day I had received the e-mail, which outlined who I'd be meeting with and when. When I went in, one of the people were out for the day, so I met with someone in the position I was applying for instead, which was nice for getting a feel for the job itself. After that interview they called a few days later, to tell me I was chosen for second round interview. I met with two of the same people I had met with previously, along with two other managers. They had me do I written response test. Overall the people were very nice. The company had a very casual comfortable atmosphere, and everyone seemed happy to be there. I didn't get the position, but they asked that I applied again the next time the position opened, because they were interested. Not sure if that made me feel better or worse.

Applied online; got an email from recruiter 2 days later to schedule the phone interview. It was a quick email exchange, we scheduled a call for the next day ... and I never heard back.

Applied through their website. The HR/Talent Acquisition person contacted me on the phone to schedule an initial phone interview. Had an about 45 minutes phone interview and never heard back. Emails the person twice and no reply whatsoever. It is kind of pathetic that she was recruiting for a Recruiter yet she does not understand the basic thing a Recruiter should know: to maintain a good relationship with job seekers and existing employees. A clear sign that the company does not have a good culture.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dyn (Manchester, NH)
Initial phone interview with the hiring manager was totally easy. Nice enough guy, even likable. Onsite was full of softball technical questions by a parade of very "interesting" people, most of whom do not like their jobs or their co-workers. Interviewed with 9 people total, 3 remote. One of the remote guys was the 'director of something' - guy's a spastic lunatic but very smart. Couldn't carry a coherent, complete thought in a bucket. Uses intellect to intimidate and control. Having this guy as a director of anything is a giant warning flag. Having him be remote to boot is sheer insanity. Sent thank-you notes to a few people the next day, almost immediately received a hastily scribbled, incoherent email telling me the job had been re-orged to another department and wasn't available any longer. You can do better.

The recruiter was responsive and kept the process moving along. Started with a face to face with the hiring manager, followed by an interview by cross-functional peers onsite and finally with a face to face interview with several members of the executive team. No real format or particular type of interview questions. No cliche interview questions which was nice. Don't bother applying if you don't have specific domain expertise. They say they will consider candidates from other industries, but at the end of the day domain expertise is their primary hiring trigger which is simply short-sighted. Seems like a great company and a cool environment in the middle of New Hampshire.
