The interview process was very easy going and fluid interview. Mostly, the questions consisted of capabilities and what I could do for the company. The company is very small and a start up, but the environment looked very promising when it came to experience.

It was a great interview that went well. They tested me on a couple fairly simple parts to draw on solidworks in their office. They then proceed to ask questions on your previous experience. Would be an awesome place to work at.
