the interview has 4 rounds, one-way interview-phone screen-online-online test- interview with hr and engineer manager-site visit. It is very time consuming to prepare all the interviews. And the site visit took around three hours but at last they said they didn't choose any of us.

one-way online interview - Online test -personal interview online , the HR is very efficient. The online test is kind of like a IQ test and some basic tasks that doesn't require professional skills.
