Once CV / resume submission is applied, they will first contact you through a phone interview to get to know your communication and understanding skills. Ask away your queries casually but politely. If you pass this, they will contact you a few days later again for a physical interview. The physical interview at my time hardly tested your technical skills, though it may change for future interviews.
