    I had two previous interview with AIP, the parent company of E-One, and had an interview with an E-one employee at the AIP "Super Saturday" event. I then was asked to come down to Ocala, FL to check out E-One. The interview was very relaxed and informational. They focused more on explaining what they did on a day to day basis to see if I was a good fit for the company

    Interview

    Received a phone call was asked a few question about the job and they set up an in person interview. Interview was extremely laid back and straight to the point. Met two supervisors they showed me the plant and where I would be working. Was offered a job contingent on background check, drug screen and physical.

    Applied online, received request for telephone interview by email, telephone interview first, then an in-person interview where they paid for mileage, and one more to interview with plant managers to which they paid for an overnight stay and mileage.

    I met with the hiring manager who gave me a tour of the facility and provided lots of information about the policy's and procedures.
    Interview was pretty relaxed and mostly straight to the point. About 2 weeks later I received a formal offer of employment.

    I had a phone and a one on one interview with the VP of the studio. I've showed my portfolio and we exchanged about our views of the work. The process was simple and signed on the offer they made.

    The salary was almost 10k lower than what I had in my previous job. They did not offer more, it was already the max they had budgeted. I accepted because I wanted the job.
