Interview
The process had three parts:
The first part was interview with the manager of the developing department and with someone from HR. They asked me a lot of questions most of them was about data structures and about java.
The second part is easier but exhausting, they giving you to do tests in style of SAT.
the last part is interview with psychologist- didn't done that yet.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ECI Telecom (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Aug 2009
Interview
1. 1 hour IQ test, like SAT.
2. 1 hour face to face with future manager and team leader - mostly code questions and designs.
3. 1 hour meeting with HR. Mostly simulations.

They gave me a laptop with eclipse and I was asked to implement two threads that count to ten when both threads participte in the counting.
