      Operations Manager Interview

      May 13, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Sunderland, MA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at EDF (Sunderland, MA) in Dec 2015

      Interview

face to face interview for role already carrying out due to restructure- created a lot of uncertainty and anxiety for all concerned. All had to apply for a max of three jobs and interviews were then held for applicants with successful CVs, The result was some staff leaving due to the stress and worry of not being successful staff who were performing a good day to day role - as a result the volume of jobs vacant matched the applicants and so everyone secured a role - pity that some good workers were lost in the process.
