I applied online. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at EDSA (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in January 2017.

    Interview

I applied in January, it took 2 months to hear back from them. Then had 2 interviews, within a week in between. Overall the interviewers where really nice, really knew a lot about the position and made it a great place to work. It was over Skype.
But didn't hear back after over a month so slightly disappointed that after 2 interviews they didn't at least send a rejection email.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EDSA (Madison, WI) in April 2015.

    Interview

Very easy going, she asked me more questions about my resume and personality rather than my portfolio. Since EDSA has an international design focus, they were interested in my experience studying abroad in China and how that influenced me as a designer and as a person. They are also involved with LAbash (student ran LA Conference) so they appreciated that I had participated in the past couple LAbash's.
