3 steps : first with the HR, then the manager of your market, and to finish with the EMEA manager. The most important one is with your future potential manager. The process is quite fast, in 2 weeks it's done.

What they ask during the interviews is mostly your background, skills and why you could fit to this role. Also your knowledge about the company and how you work as a team. They will also value your language skills
