EFCO (Missouri) interview questions

I had two interviews and a three hour sit in with department employees. The first interview was a panel interview. The second was a one on one with the supervisor. The three hour sit in was with a lead and several lower level employees.

The interview process was fast and pretty straight forward. I was told about the issues the company was having and how my role would support resolving such. Was offered the job.
