Interview
I applied online, directly on the company's career site. A recruiter reached out to me the next day and we a short 30 minute phone interview. Within another day or 2, I had a scheduled in person meeting for the following week. This was a 1 and 1 interview with the department manager. The interview itself was relaxed and involved talking about my work history, how I got started in the field, what I enjoy about it and so on. It was a nice back and forth exchange of information. I got a good sense of the products I would potentially work on, what the expectations for my contribution and learnt a lot about the company and what they do. Within 2 days after the interview, I got verbal confirmation that an offer would be made. Due to special holidays and most likely people on vacation, it took another week for the actual offer in writing to be delivered.
The whole experience was pretty quick and professional in my view. Everyone I spoke to on the phone or in person were extremely pleasant, open to share information and answer my questions. They responded very quickly to all communication attempts. This was probably the most smooth interview and hiring process I have been through in 15 years.

Desde Recursos Humanos me contactaron y tuve una primera entrevista. Después de un mes, pregunté sobre el estado del proceso y me citaron para otra entrevista, durante la cual hablé con dos ingenieros en español e inglés. La semana siguiente, la líder del equipo me solicitó hacer algunos cambios en un repositorio de mi GitHub para evaluar mi capacidad para gestionar ciertos problemas. En un plazo de dos días, realicé los cambios requeridos y les devolví el repositorio actualizado. Sin embargo, desde entonces no he recibido ningún contacto por parte de ellos. He intentado enviar correos electrónicos y llamar, pero no he obtenido respuesta, ni siquiera un breve feedback después de haber invertido mi tiempo en el proceso.

I had first round of interview with EFI, I am an Angular Developer with 3 years of Exp, the interviewer directly asked me to open any of the project which i have developed, then i opened one of my ongoing project which i am developing for practice, he asked to me open the routing module, where he asked me what are the ways to create the lazy loading in angular, that was the 1st question, then after how to communicate between the components in the Angular (Parent and child) , what are interceptors, event binding, what are observables and services in Angular and a small program.
