I had 3 interviews, first with my direct manager, second with 2 peers of his and third with CEO & Chief of Staff. All interviews were approached in a friendly manner, looking to understand my background, technical skills and appropriate examples of relevant experience. All allowed time for me to ask questions of them to understand the business better and answers were honest about current strengths and weaknesses of the business, as has been evidenced since I've joined. Responses to my interviews were all prompt, when some businesses can take a long time to come back to you with feedback. Overall strong impression of the business through that process.
