I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ELC Speaking (Jakarta) in Dec 2019

Interview

Interview took 2 months. Owner kept changing the job description and location. He was very indecisive. Over the course of 2 months he would message me and tell me he had new idea and how I would be the manager of a new language center. None of his ideas happened.

There were no questions. The interview consisted of the owner rambling for 30 minutes which left me more confused than when I started the interview
