EMS Consulting interview questions

Contacted by recruiter. Interviewed with hiring manager and a lead within a week. Hiring manager introduced himself and that was all he said. The lead expounded on his technical expertise and then asked me to give a high level of my background. No questions were ask, which I thought was strange and they said I should know something in a few days. Within 30 minutes of the interview ending I was given an excuse of "not enough Financial experience", which I do have and they could have easily surmised before the interview, leading me to believe that considering the overall experience that it was something else, possibly my "maturity" level and that their minds were made up upon seeing me.

A recruiter reached out with interest and a few questions. They brought me into the the office I interviewed with a few team members and eventually the CEO. Was hired quickly and efficiently
