EMU interview questions

Poor interview process - I got through 2 stages in which I thought was the end of the process then they hailed me back for 1 final one in a situation which they call a hard decision even though they knew the other candidate had studied German & Spanish at university and gave some half-arsed excuse on why they hired him. If they treat their prospective employees in this way I'd hate to know how they treat their current staff.

Straight forward. One meeting on-site. Small talk and a tour. Ther interview was 1v1, and then I met other shift managers while on tour. Overall, the process was fairly easy and the people I spoke with were mature.
