I was contacted via email a few days after applying and participated in a quick phone interview with the recruiter. About two days later, I was notified that I was selected to move forward with a standard interview, which was scheduled for the following week. I met with only one individual, and the tone was both conversational and formal at times (a good mix). We had a great conversation and the interviewer was personable.
