First, I had to take an online test with Java programming exercises, which went well so I was invited to an HR interview. I was with two other candidates. We were told about the company, then, there was a 1-1 interview: short introduction, checking my English. A week later I was invited to a technical interview, where two experts tested my Java and software designing knowledge, I also had to talk about my earlier job. In the last round I met a resource manager. It was a last check, we talked about general things. On the same day I got an offer through a phone call, I had some days to think it over. Finally, I accepted the offer.
